The significance of Substitute Rubber Tracks for your loader Needs

Ultimately, heavy use and the passing of time might find the degeneration from the tracks in your heavy equipment. When changing the rubber tracks of the equipment, think about the tracks that may are more effective in your loader. When choosing alternative tracks, you have to consider just how resilient they're.

Keep in mind that rubber tracks could be pricey, so make sure that you get that which you taken care of. Make sure that you research your options to discover precisely what tracks would function most effectively in your equipment. Listed here are a couple of things that you ought to bear in mind when getting alternative tracks. .

Material
Tracks constructed from low quality rubber is going to be damaged faster than you are able to picture. Get tracks that are manufactured from top quality rubber that offers greater adaptability, excellent put on resistance and great slash resistance. Make sure that the tracks have heavy-duty steel links for structure. Steel tracks, though, are not as easy to put on out.

Design
Think about obtaining a dual-layered continuous steel cord design next time you get substitute tracks. This design leaves no vulnerable spots within the tracks and eliminates bending. Also, make sure that the alternative loader rubber tracks fits. Receive from good makers that construct tracks to suit tools exactly to remain obvious of p-monitoring.

Tread Design
Whenever you generally focus on muddy or snowy inclines, take advantage of the rubber track tread pattern unique in the one you have out of your vehicle's manufacturer or even the original vehicle producer tracks. When focusing on soft surfaces like grime or snow, you might want to utilize designs that are equipped for dirt and snow programs. However, you might like to use a staggered block tread if you prefer a smooth trip. You will find also designs that aim at your loader to show faster. Pick the design which will perform best for the designs.

Through getting substitute tracks that are created to suit your functions, to last, and to suit your products exactly, you're conserving 100s, even 1000's, of dollars. Good tracks imply less maintenance and alternative costs for the loader.

Barry Minn and Global Track Warehouse

Lets talk quality, shall we? Ever had a rubber track break or a steel cleat come out? I’ve seen
many tracks fail long before their life expectancy. It all comes down to the quality of the components and the way they are manufactured. I’ve been an earthmoving machine mechanic for the past 25 years. I’ve imported many containers of rubber tracks as well as supplying rubber tracks sourced from the local Australian market and have found the main problem being inconsistent quality. I have been supplying Global Track world famous J TRACK for 18 months know and have finally found what I’ve been looking for NO WARRANTY ISSUES FOR 18 MONTHS consistent.

Mr BARRY MIN CEO of [Global Track Warehouse] took me to his factory in Shanghai where they produce at least two 20 foot containers of rubber tracks and pads per day that are shipped globally to the USA, SPAIN, ITALY, UK, FRANCE, GERMANY, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND to show me how this is possible.

Upon talking to his technicians they explained to me about the procedures you have to take to produce an OEM recognised track such as the J TRACK. It all ties in with the fully climate controlled factory to reduce the moisture in the air, Steel preparation, chemical solutions, Rubber compounds and bonding. There are three major components to most rubber tracks: steel cleats, steel cables and rubber.

First the steel cleats are press forged in to shape from a piece of steel rod. They are then individually heat treated through an OEM approved heating oven, this process must be
carried out twice to get an identical hardness in each cleat.
The cleats are then individually checked electrically for any cracking and defects, they are then sand blasted and placed in a bath of rubber compounds and chemicals to coat them fully to aid in the vulcanizing process.

Unfortunately this process is often missed out or the cleat simply is splashed with a rubber compound from a paint brush by many manufacturers to keep the price down. About 70 percent of track failures I see are from cleats being pulled out of the track with no bonding of rubber present, which shows the importance of this procedure that the J TRACK goes through.

The multi stranded stainless steel wire is also coated with copper to give it greater adhesive
qualities, the copper coating gives the stainless steel wire a mustard colouring. The wire is then coated in the same rubber compound as the cleats to even enhance the adhesive properties to meet the stringent OEM standards needed to produce top quality tracks demanded by OEM campanies. These wires are tested all through the manufacturing processes for breaking tensile strength even exceeding testing by up to 2 tons of force.

Raw stock rubber is used in rubber tracks and pads, it is blended, mixed and calendared to different compounds, thicknesses and hardness depending on the track for which it’s intended.

There is no recycled rubber used in these tracks unlike many others, but the J TRACK uses up to 80 percent natural virgin rubber which is one of the highest percentages used in the industry, no cost cutting there.

Once all components are ready the steel wire, cleats and rubber are placed in the vulcanizing press and go through a series of heating and pressure procedures to combine all three components producing the high quality JTRACK.

The track is then trimmed and inspected for any defects before beingshipped worldwide. I am very proud to be associated with the J TRACK brand and congratulate Barry Minn and his skilled technicians in the production of a world leading rubber track and can only recommend you try these tracks as I believe you will never regret your decision.

We have tracks available in MELBOURNE,SYDNEY, YASS AND BRISBANE please don’t  hesitate to call me for your requirements with my 25 years’ experience in tracks I can answer all your questions even having firsthand knowledge of the manufacturing process thanks to Global Track and Barry Minn.
